Organizers of The Old City Music Fest have set Sunday, November 10, 2013 as the date for the second annual event, which will be held at the St. Augustine Flea Market & Festival Grounds at Interstate 95 & Hwy 207 in St. Augustine, FL. Kansas, Uncle Kracker, John Anderson and newcomers Angie Johnson, Bush Hawg and Morgan Frazierare slated for the exciting day of music with more to be announced soon.
This year also marks career milestones for two of the performers. The members of Kansas, the 'garage band from Topeka,' are celebrating their 40th anniversary as a band, and John Anderson is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the release of his CMA Single of the Year Award winner 'Swingin'.'
The Old City Music Fest will also be a homecoming of sorts for RCA Records group Bush Hawg, as lead singer Craig Hand hails from St. Augustine. Sony Music artist Angie Johnson, who is also a Tech Sergeant in the Air National Guard, will see her debut single, 'Swagger,' released to radio in early August. Morgan Frazier is a recent winner of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest and is currently promoting her new single, 'Yellow Brick Road.' Angie was a finalist on NBC's The Voice Season Two.
