Artist Malcolm Potek has more than 20 years of experience working with glass and he strives to share his knowledge with others during weekly “Try-It!” classes. For just $85, you and a friend can attend an introductory class that will highlight the different techniques of creating glass artwork and you’ll get hands-on experience with some of the fundamentals. The website maintains an up-to-date schedule for classes so you can find one to fit your needs.

Located in the California Arts Building in Northeast Minneapolis, Potek Glass is where artist Malcolm Potek sells his glass artwork and holds weekly glass-making classes. Glass pieces may also be purchased online.

Children 14+ can take class alone with parent-signed release form and children under 14 can take class with parent or guardian - both must have voucher.
