• Valid for a 3-night stay in a 2-bedroom condo + $50 Dining Certificate at Breezy Point Resort.
• This promotion is designed for employed or retired couples who are married or cohabiting, are between the ages of 25 and 70 and have a combined annual income of at least $50,000.
• Both parties must attend our fun, no-obligation Vacation Ownership sales presentation, lasting approximately 90-minutes.
• Both parties must present two forms of ID, such as a driver’s license and a major credit card or checkbook. If cohabitating, must have matching address on ID’s or bills.
• Couples must not have attended a Breezy Point Resort/White Birch Resort sales presentation in the past 18 months.
• All reservations are based on availability and may be limited during peak seasons and major holidays. All three nights must be used in one stay.
• Not valid for groups. A group is considered two or more families or friends traveling together or meeting at the resort on the same arrival date.
• Current Breezy Point Resort/White Birch Resort owners and employees are not eligible.
