Orders must be placed by EOB on 2/9/13 to ensure delivery on Valentine's Day. Valid for delivery within a 25-mile radius of 34610. A fee of $10 will be added for areas outside of 25-mile radius. Delivery fee collected during ordering or upon delivery. Merchant will abide by gift certificate state laws. No cash value. Must be used in one visit. Not valid on tax and delivery gratuity. Add gratuity based on amount prior to discount. Voucher cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion. Voucher not transferable to other services.
