Check out the Chari Siu Pork (slow roasted Cantonese-style pork), Chicken Yaki (Japanese style citrus and soy marinade) and Thai green curry (ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves and coconut). Each of these HotPot bowls comes with a choice of udon noodles, brown rice or thai rice noodles and roasted sweet potato.
