  • Deal is for hotel accommodations only. Does not include transportation or meals.
  • $50 refundable room deposit required prior to reservation.
  
  1. This entitlement is for the accommodations of two (2) adults and two children. Adult must be at least 21 years of age and possess a major credit card.
  2. Upon receipt of your request, there is a minimum of 30 days advanced notice. Once your reservations are confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that provides your check-in information. You will need to present this e-mail confirmation and two forms of identification (State issued ID/Passport and major credit card) upon check-in.
  3. This entitlement is valid for two years from purchase date. Any refund must be requested in writing at any time prior to expiration date or with in 30 days of completion of travel.
  4. This entitlement is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, taxes, surcharges, meals, etc. Pets are not allowed. Group travel is prohibited (two or more voucher holders traveling together). Can only be honored with written consent from V75 Getaways prior to booking.
  5. Only one vacation per household per year.
  6. During the vacation, you may be offered exciting travel options in the resort area with hopes that you will vacation with them in the future.
  7. To cancel or change a confirmed reservation, your notice must be received at least 10 business days prior to arrival. Hotel “no shows” will result in forfeiture of your refundable room deposit. In addition, the hotel may charge a cancellation fee if terms of agreement are not met.
  8. V75 Getaways and their associates act as an agent for the hotel and will not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, act of terrorism, injury, or damage to persons, property, or any liability whatsoever arising from or in concert with services provided.
  9. This entitlement is void where prohibited by law.

The Merchant, not DealChicken, is solely responsible for this Deal. This Deal is subject to the Terms of Service and HOW DEALCHICKEN WORKS.
