Food inspired by family members fills the menu at Paisan’s Old World Deli. Angelo’s Hot Italian Meatball Sandwich features homemade marinara sauce and provolone cheese on a sourdough roll. Evelyn’s Grilled Eggplant Sandwich comes with pesto, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, lettuce and tomato on a choice of sourdough, Dutch crunch or focaccia bread. And the Angelina Salad has fresh mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes over romaine lettuce.
