Located in Ogunquit, Bintliff's serves hearty, traditional dinner foods on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The restaurant uses only the best seafood and the finest aged beef in its dishes.
Norm Hebert, executive chef and owner of Bintliff's in Ogunquit, taught a special class at Stonewall Kitchen Cooking School. He showed students how to prepare many dishes, including eggs Florentine, Tuscany scramble, gingerbread pancakes with a lemon sauce and creme brulee French toast with strawberries and chocolate balsamic vinegar drizzle.
