The experts at Classic Cooking Academy will extrapolate on the mysteries of the grape, if you choose the wine class, and all food prepared will change with the seasons. The wine class is held on Monday nights, the gourmet cooking class is on Friday nights and the pizza making is on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. See? Learning is fun.

Opened in 2007, Classic Cooking Academy is a non-profit licensed culinary school located in Scottsdale, and the only school to offer a Native American program with indigenous and sustainable food education. The Academy also incorporates classic French cooking, pastry, and modern American dishes.
