Go back in time at Pioneer Village Stables, located just 30 minutes north of Downtown Phoenix. A picturesque 1800's backdrop, you can horseback through an authentic, historic town and experience life as it was in Arizona over a century ago. Once through town, your guide will take you on a ride through the desert area which is filled with saguaros, mountains and native plant-life. This location includes admission to the Pioneer Living Museum before or after your ride. (regularly $5-7 per person).
Hitchin' Post Stables
A former Hollywood backdrop, Hitchin' Post Stables is a large ranch located in Flagstaff, Arizona with access to 10,000 acres of the beautiful Coconino Forest. Canter on a two-hour forest ride to the base of Fisher Point and marvel the breathtaking views of the forest wilderness and remarkable blanket of trees and extraordinary landscapes of Northern Arizona.
