The classes take place on the second Wednesday of each month from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and you will learn a different type of pie or dessert to bake every month.

Blue Ribbon Desserts is located in Gilbert and the classes take place at the Greenfield Jr. High School's Culinary Arts kitchen. It is owned and operated by Stan and Brenda Strom and is a multi-award-winning nationally recognized baker. Men, women and families are welcomed.
