Try the flash-fried calamari with mojo aioli and sweet chili sauce for dipping; the Fire & Ice whiskey burger served with fried onions and cheddar on ciabatta; Cajun fish tacos with slaw and lime rice; the ribeye, an Angus steak served with fingerling potatoes and broccolini; coconut mahi mahi, coated in coconut and flash fried, served with rice and wok-fried vegetables. The open-plan kitchen allows patrons to watch a show of flames from the chefs behind the ice bar—the yin and yang of dining!

Fire & Ice is located in the Ramada Oasis Hotel and Convention Center. They're open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Enjoy happy hour Monday through Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m.
