Topics covered during the class include an introduction to motorcycling; protective gear; how to use motorcycle controls such as the clutch and brakes; safety strategies; motorcycle maneuvering; and more. The course covers all DMV testing requirements. Be sure to complete the Basic Rider Course workbook (included in deal) prior to class (a two- to three- hour task).

Full Throttle Riding Academy specializes in motorcycle training. The 16- to 19-hour, two-day program provides classroom instruction and actual motorcycle training in a controlled off-street course. Call to enroll in a class.
