The restaurant is well known for its green chili, not too spicy, not too mild. Although the helpful staff will change the heat for you, just ask. They're the only restaurant that sells Paco Machos and Pacoritos. Regulars love the Paco Macho (burritos stuffed with enchiladas) and Pacorito (burritos topped with chicken or beef).

Located off of College Avenue and Willox Street, Pobre Pancho's is family owned and operated and has been a staple for Mexican food in Fort Collins since 1969. Pobre Pancho's is closed on Sundays and Mondays, but open at 11am Tuesday through Saturday. They will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
