In most cases, high temperatures make DealChicken a bit…nervous. But he knows bikram yoga is a great way to keep both his mind and his body in shape. So when it’s time for class, he sets his anxieties aside, and gets bendy.
Whether you’re brand-new to bikram, or a seasoned pretzel pro, you’ll love the atmosphere and experience owners Kyle and Bridget Baxter have created in their Fort Collins and Greeley studios. This is fully certified bikram yoga. At 105 degrees, the high temp helps deepen stretches, prevent injuries, and reduce stress and tension. Choose what works best for you: a full month of unlimited classes for just $29, or a sampler of three classes for $15. You could call it an extremely flexible deal.
The Baxters and their staff of expert yogis and yoginis all follow a single, simple philosophy: never too late, never too sick, never too old to start from scratch again. Which means that, no matter what, you can get a fresh start with yoga.
Fort Collins folk can get their sweat at the new Bikram Yoga location on S. College Avenue, in between Harmony Road and Fossil Creek Parkway. And, if you're in Greeley, head over to the intersection of Highway 34 and 23rd Ave.
