Today DealChicken brings you a half-price deal on savory meals from The Bean Coffee Bistro. He loves to start his day there with a breakfast panini or wrap. They're filled with scrambled egg and your choice of meat and cheese. A dollop of salsa adds a welcome kick. If you stop in for lunch, you'll find sandwiches, wraps and daily blue-plate specials. A recent special was Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans for $6.99. Sundays are brunch day at The Bean with a different menu each week. On a recent Sunday, diners enjoyed Eggs Benedict, Denver Omelets, Sausage Strata, Gourmet French Toast with bacon or ham, Cheese Blintz with cream cheese filling and cherry sauce and much more.
Owner Tom Putnam hatched, we mean sprouted The Bean in 2012, serving breakfast and lunch, along with coffee and lattes made with locally roasted beans from around the world. The eatery also offers catering and delivery to groups of 10 or more, although not for today's deal.
