Before you start to hyperventilate, remember that "tandem" means you'll have someone strapped to your back-and when you jump with Chattanooga Skydiving Company, that someone is an experienced skydiver who knows the way around a parachute. Not that you're going to forget this experience anytime soon, but you'll also get video documenting your bravery (just in case your Facebook friends don't believe you).

Chattanooga Skydiving Company is located in Jasper, within 2 to 2.5 hours of Asheville, Atlanta, Knoxville and Nashville. It's owned and operated by the Silvia family, whose skydiving tradition dates back to 1960. If your tandem experience inspires a new hobby (hey, it's been known to happen), they also offer skydiving lessons to help you fly solo.
