He wants to get the word out about Chiquito’s signature Mexican cuisine that you can enjoy. Start with the famous Chiquito cheese dip (it’s a must) and move on to steak fajitas, torch-song tacos and burritos that burst with flavor. Be warned, though: Mexico Chiquito’s chips are so crisp and fresh they might make you forget about dinner.

Mexico Chiquito is no flash in the pan: The first outpost opened up in 1935. The winning recipes have piled up over the years but they don't leak out. You might be tempted to ask your server where the zing in that cheese dip comes from, but you're not likely to get an answer!
