In four sessions you’ll cover the basics of grape crushing, move over to racking and, finally, apply your customized label to your product. There are a plenty of grape varietals to select from, so you can craft wine that suits your palate.
Bacchus Winemaking Club, one of the country's first winemaking schools, is the vision and passion of owner Dominick Chirichillo. Self-taught, he has won many awards at national wine competitions, and he's committed to sharing the secrets of his craft. His method is rooted in Italian wine tradition, but the passion at Bacchus transcends nations.
