The recipes are chosen at random from Saffron Cafe's favorites. You'll also sample eight types of Moroccan wines and enjoy live Moroccan music during your exciting lesson. 

Saffron Cafe has been delighting downtown Indianapolis with authentic Moroccan fare since March 2009. Regulars love their chicken marsala and charmoula-dressed ahi tuna.
