Since opening in 1995, Metro Ice Sports Facility has entertained thousands with their dual NHL-sized ice rinks, two concession areas and cozy lounge adorned with a flat-screen TV. Just 15 minutes northwest of downtown, Metro Ice Sports Facility offers figure skating lessons, hockey programs and broomball. Have a special occasion coming up? Celebrate on ice! Birthday parties, private rentals and corporate events are the coolest at Metro Ice. Public skating sessions are scheduled throughout the week, including Early Bird sessions at 6 a.m. on weekends, when coffee, hot chocolate and donuts are available at the concession area.
