You don't have to travel to France to enjoy a Parisian celebration on New Year's Eve. Le Cafe Jazz is an indoor/outdoor cafe designed to look and feel like the famous French cafes of the 1920s and 1930s. Whether you go solo or take a sweetie with you, the night promises to transition elegantly from 2012 to 2013. The evening begins with a screening of "After the Thin Man" (1936) from 6 to 8 p.m. The classic movie is followed by two live jazz music sets with Skipp Pearson and Friends from 8 to 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Fireworks and a champagne toast top off the event.
