The menu offers many choices, but lovers of flanken-style short ribs are sure to enjoy the Korean kalbi (galbi) or Latin American costillas de res. You’ll love how the short ribs are grilled—not braised—for optimal flavor and texture. Ribs come with steamed rice and a small but flavor-packed salad, plus a house sauce (nuoc chom)—a sweet and sour dressing common to many Vietnamese dishes.

Established in 2012, this exotic eatery is new to Lexington, but they say they've already built a reputation for great-quality food. You'll find them in the Lexington Place shopping center, in the space formerly occupied by Thai Wasabi.
