- Limit 1 per person. Appointment required. 30 mile radius from Columbia City Center. $10.00 additional for interior of home to be treated. Merchant will abide by gift certificate state laws. No cash back. Must be used in one visit. Not valid on tax. Voucher cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion. All 3 options include an inspection.
