Owner Julie Rundall and her team recently celebrated their first anniversary. Blissful Cupcakes is open to serve you their unique and delicious creations Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. or until they are sold out. They also make scrumptious cakes, and gifts can be delivered.
