Pay $45 for one adult horseback riding lesson and trail ride ($90 value), or select one child's lesson and trail ride for $40 ($80 value). Also take 10% off additional lessons or trail rides. Not ready to head out on the trail just yet? Feel free to come back to use your trail ride another time! Riders of all skill levels are welcomed. The staff is particularly adept at helping nervous beginners gain confidence as they climb up on the saddle and hold the reins for the first time.

Breakaway Farm opened as a horse facility in 2000. The first year included renovation of an old dairy barn, repair of downed fences and the purchase of a few Scotch Highland cattle to help reclaim overgrown pastures. In 2005, the owners added an 80 x 150 foot indoor arena to allow wintertime riding. The farm also offers some of the best boarding in the area.
