He starts with the Grilled Portobello Mushroom, served with fresh sautéed spinach, house-roasted sweet peppers, feta cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette. While he’s devouring the app, Consol’s chef sautés prosciutto and garlic, then adds plum tomato sauce, vodka and fresh herbs before finishing with cream and Parmesan cheese to create DealChicken’s favorite entrée on the menu, Rigatoni A La Vodka.
