The Southwest Rink at Park Tavern is one of the sponsors of the 'Season of Magic' event in Piedmont Park. The restaurant is open 4:30 p.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 11:30 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday. Sushi is half price every night from 10 p.m. to midnight.

The Park Tavern, built in 1905, originally housed horse stables. In 1928, it transformed to a men's club and golf clubhouse. Today it is a popular restaurant, bar and venue overlooking Piedmont Park and hosts an average of 200 weddings per year.
