Chef Michael Craft manages Bourbon Bistro and Bar and is proud of the fresh ingredients the restaurant uses to craft their food. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
